This privacy statement contains information about the processing of your personal data via the mobile application and web application of Urbandine BV ("Urbandine"). With the Urbandine app you can order and pay at partner restaurants. When using the Urbandine app and / or the digital menu of the restaurant, we will process certain personal data about you.

Log in and register:
Before you can order and pay at restaurants and use our app, you must create an account or register via Facebook, or Google. If you wish to create an account, we will ask you for your name, e-mail address, telephone number and password. If you register via Facebook, you can indicate which information you provide to us. These are in any case the public data on Facebook, such as your name, your profile photo, your age category and your gender. We also ask you for your telephone number and e-mail address. Your telephone number will only be used if there is something wrong with your order.
The use of a guest account is also possible via the Urbandine application. With a guest account you can order and pay at our partner restaurants for up to EUR 15 per session, after which point you will be asked to login or register.
Your profiler:
If you have created an account, Urbandine will also save which restaurants you have visited through Urbandine to get a better picture of your interests and taste. It also measures how you use the app and which pages are viewed the longest to measure the effectiveness of our app.
Your location:
Before you can order and pay via our app, we ask you to share your location with us. It is also possible to allow the Urbandine app to automatically request your current location via the mobile network of your telephone or GPS when using the app. You can revoke your consent at any time by changing the location settings of your mobile device.
Receive offers:
You can choose to receive offers from nearby restaurants or other promotions via push notifications from your phone and / or via email. These offers can also be adjusted based on your interests and preferences, based on the restaurants you previously visited via Urbandine.
In addition, we will send you emails to confirm your , to keep you informed of any changes to your order, and to ensure that you are billed correctly.
We will not process your personal information for any other purpose than for the purposes indicated above. In addition, this information is not stored for longer than is necessary for this purpose, unless a legal provision obliges us to store or further processing.
We will request your prior consent to process your personal information unless we have a legitimate interest in doing so. If you have given your permission for the processing, you have the right to withdraw this permission at any time. Processing that was only based on your permission will then be suspended.
